City back in for Ronaldhino

Man City want Ronaldhino to be the first signing for Mark Hughes. The former World Player of the Year is leaving Barcelona and the Eastlands club is desperate to sign him.
Shinawatra said..
“Ronaldinho - you know, he is a great player. Whatever the club in your heart, you would want to see this player in England, wouldn’t you? It is not a risk. Sponsors will contribute. It will not damage our wage structure. I am very excited
Obviously Mark Hughes will make the final decision but would he turn down Ronaldhino..?
“There’s a lot of talk about the quality of players that can come here. If they’re available at the right price I will be interested.”
Anyway things at Man City seem to be on the up after the sudden departure of Sven Goran Erikkson.

Mark Hughes has signed a three-year contract with Manchester City worth around £9m. He has also been told he will have around £35m to invest in his knew squad.
Blackburn will be hurt by this but a small consolation is the £4.5m in compensation they received from City. Hughes spent four years at Blackburn and turned them into a top 8 side. He had success over his former club Man Utd and pushed Rover’s into Europe.
The Man City chairmen, Thaksin Shinawatra praised the former Man Utd player for his achievements at Blackburn. He said…
“He’s an outstanding manager who has achieved many things with Blackburn.These are exciting times for Manchester City and I hope the supporters can understand that I share their goals.”
This news will please City fans after they were not happy with the sacking of Sven Goran Erikkson and im sure they are hoping he keeps faith in the knew manager.

Finally Manchester City have given their boss Sven Goran Erikkson the news he has been waiting for since the end of the season. “You’re fired”. His position had been in doubt for weeks and finally the Manchester City chairmen, Thaksin Shinawatra, sacked the Swede.
What did Sven say..?
“I have enjoyed my time at Manchester City very much indeed, In particular, I would like to thank the fans, players and staff for their amazing support over the season” he went to say that he wished everyone at the club the most success in the coming years.
Man City chairmen spoke after Sven’s departure..
“The board of directors and all at Manchester City would like to thank Sven for his efforts and contributions throughout the season.
Manchester City now look to Mark Hughes who is the bookies favourite to take over at the club.
